Welcome to Picela. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Picela website at picela.com (the “Site”) and any purchases you make through it. Picela is operated by BVE Shop, Verdunplein 17, 5627 SZ Eindhoven, Netherlands. Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By browsing the Site, creating an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our policies referenced below. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order. If you are shopping on behalf of a household or another person, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The version posted on the Site at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
2. Products and pricing
Picela offers women’s apparel, including dresses and swimwear, with our assortment growing over time. We work to present each item accurately, including its description, materials, and imagery. Even so, colors and details may appear differently depending on your screen, and slight variations between the photograph and the item you receive are possible.
- All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are shown with applicable taxes calculated at checkout.
- Prices and product availability may change at any time without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to correct any obvious errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability. If a clear error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you before processing and offer you the choice to confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
- Product images are provided for illustration. Sizing, fit, and measurements should be reviewed carefully before ordering.
3. Orders and payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items subject to these Terms. Your order is accepted once we send you a confirmation, and a binding contract is formed at that point. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including where an item is unavailable, where a pricing or product error has occurred, or where we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will issue a full refund.

- Our checkout is secure and encrypted. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment and contact details you provide are accurate and complete.
- By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
4. Shipping
We offer free shipping across the United States. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 7–12 business days. Once your order ships, we will send tracking details by email. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed, as transit times may be affected by carriers or circumstances beyond our control. For full details, please see our Shipping Policy.
5. Returns and refunds
We accept returns within 30 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, swimwear may only be returned if the hygiene liner is intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. 6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site—including text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, and the Picela name—is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any part of the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or use it in a way that could harm Picela, our customers, or any third party. We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
8. Disclaimers
The Site and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we take care to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of inaccuracies. Any descriptions, care guidance, or sizing information are provided in good faith to help you choose, but individual results and fit may vary.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Picela and BVE Shop will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or from any product purchased through it. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including consumer protection rights. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with generally applicable principles of law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will first be addressed cooperatively; we encourage you to contact us so we can work toward a fair resolution. This does not affect any mandatory rights available to you as a consumer under the laws of your place of residence.
